Just wondering, I've sent my SE2020 to Apple for a battery replacement, but it is now three weeks since then, and "it is taking longer" as per SMS.
How long do I have to wait? Last repair took 3 days, now I'm three weeks, and now no updates sadly...

Your repair may be taking longer as a battery may not be available at the moment at the Apple Repair Center you sent your phone to. You could contact Apple support directly by phone to ask about your repair progress.
