Network issues on new M1 Max MBP

I am having network issues with my new (about a month old) M1 Max MPB, which came with macOS Monterey installed. I have lost count of how many other posts I have read from people who are experiencing the same issues after upgrading to Monterey - machines that perviously had no issues now not connecting reliably to the network.

I have four other Macs (as well as a few linux boxes, phones and other IoT stuff) that all are on the network just fine with no issues - only my new $3700 MBP cannot stay connected. I consider this totally unacceptable for a new out of the box machine.

My current workaround (on the M1 MBP) is to toggle the WiFi off and on (set up a script to do this) which works - for a while. If I really need to use the network, I'm back on my 2011 MBP, which refuses to die. :)

As requested, I'm attaching network settings (which are the same across all my Macs) and the EtreCheck report.

Hey mr_rock,

We recommend that you look into this user guide, and see if the suggested steps are helpful: Solve internet connection problems on Mac

Since this issue also started when adding a new device to your Wi-Fi network, try disconnecting another device which would be actively using the Wi-Fi, and see if that makes a difference. Or, connect to an entirely different Wi-Fi network and see if the issue reoccurs. That will help to isolate the issue to the network or your awesome new MacBook Pro.

If these steps aren't helpful, we suggest that you get in touch with Apple Support team to look further into this issue with you: Contact Apple for support and service

We hope everything works out!

Best regards.
