Well if you tried all the fixes, then you missed one since you have not gotten a repair estimate from Apple.

Usually it is a good idea when asking for help to actually tell us everything that you have tried and the specific results/behavior of those attempts. Why should we provide the same exact suggestions? Keep in mind we are just other regular users such as yourself volunteering our own free time to assist people.

Make sure nothing is physically blocking the camera.

If the camera does not work with PhotoBooth, then most likely there is a hardware fault. Of course this assumes you are not running some third party software which is interfering with the camera. You can try checking the System Profiler to see if the camera's hardware is seen. If the hardware information is not available for the built-in camera, then you will need to get the laptop serviced, or you will need to use an external USB camera instead. With some failures, the camera's hardware will be shown in the System Profiler and the camera's green LED notification will turn on. You can access the System Profiler by Option-clicking the Apple menu and selecting the first item, then click on the "Camera" item on the left pane to see if the camera's hardware is shown on the upper right pane.

It never hurts to reboot the computer.
