Activation Lock On IPad

If I go to apple with an IPad my cousin gave me but I don’t have the identification to match the iCloud what would then happen.

Apple won't unlock it without a copy of the original purchase receipt. Your cousin needs to unlock the iPad. Ask your cousin to do the steps in the article below.
