When I got the link to update my child's birthday associated with his apple ID I clicked on the link and then got this message:
A card is required to update CHILD’s birthday.
A valid card confirms you can provide parental consent.
What card is this? There is no link to a "card". I have my PayPal set up for purchases. Do I need to remove that and add a credit card?
Add the credit card and promote it to the primary payment method. Once you have updated the child's birthday, you can remove the card and use PayPal.
