Poor performance on Macbook Pro 16" 2019 via bootcamp on Windows

Hello,

I am using the base configuration of the Macbook Pro 16" 2019 16/512 AMD Radeon Pro 5300M.

Sometimes I use Windows via bootcamp and I have noticed poor gaming experience when trying to play simple games like CS:GO or League of Legends.

This MacBook is performing about 30fps in League of Legends, that is ridiculous on a machine like that...

I have downloaded and installed the latest bootcampdrivers and tried playing around with Macs Fan Control. But it seems that the CPU is thermal throttling even on the fastest fan speed.

Is there any way I can "underclock" the CPU on Windows with bootcamp? Simple games mentioned above do not need so much CPU power, but due to the throttling it performs much worse than a simple 1000$ laptop...
