Where is my extra space I paid for it and it’s still not on my phone it keep saying I’ve ran out of space but I haven’t I just paid today and I can’t get that 1 off my phone

No, you did not pay for extra space on your phone. Your phone came with a certain amount of storage, and it will never have more storage than it did when you bought it. What you paid for is iCloud storage, which is used to sync data to iCloud and to back up your phone to iCloud. It's on Apple's servers, not the iPhone. Delete or offload content from it.
