What can I do to create an Apple ID (account) for my kid if the system doesn't work or doesn't let me?!
Every time I have tried to do so I get prevented due to a message that reads ERROR or something like that even though I input the right code that I get via TEXT MESSAGE for the approval. And when I try a different payment method still doesn't work!

I get this when I do it from my lap top...
I have some screen shots from my iPhone as well for I have tried with it too and yet with no positive results! I truly believe it's and issue on apple's side.
I would appreciate some help. And if this is an apple issue I hope they fix it!
