Video in Camera roll is grey and unable to view/unsupported
why is a video in my camera roll grey and it says that its unsupported? it was a very important video, ive deleted apps and many pictures but it still wont load

- Do you use iCloud Photos on your iPhone? You can verify that by going to Settings > tap your name at the top > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photos.
- If you use iCloud Photos, are you able to view the video on another device or through the iCloud website? Here's the link: iCloud
