Can’t send or receive emails on iPhone or MacBook

Since yesterday I’ve been unable to receive any emails on all my accounts, iCloud, Google, outlook on my Mac and iPhone. I’ve restarted both, uninstalled email accounts and added again, checked internet connection, tried on 4g but still nothing?? Any ideas please
