There are several reasons you Apple Card MasterCard may not be working. The most common is the merchant’s network used for processing credit card transactions is down/having issues. If the issue persists, it could be a problem with the physical card. Have you tried using your iPhone or Apple Watch on the Apple Pay network to complete a transaction? If you need a replacement card, you can order a replacement from you Apple Card in your Wallet App on your iPhone.

Request a replacement card

If your card is lost, damaged, or stolen, you should lock the card, then request a replacement card. You can also chat with an Apple Card specialist. If you're a participant under 18, ask the account owner or co-owner to request a replacement card for you.
