hi, plz how do i know the country of purchase of my apple watch 6 - A2292 -

You could call AppleCare, it might be normal for the region. They can check the serial number.

Tap on that number in Settings > General > About > Model and post the other model number that will end with something like LL/A

That number should have an M in front of it, did you leave it out? I believe it was sold it France.
Did you get the number by using your Watch and going to Settings > General > About > Model Number?
