Siri keeps losing my phonetic first name

So siri is saying my name wrong, i looked at up and found a way to change the phonetic first name, the problem is when I change the phonetic first name, ask Siri whats my name and she is saying it correct but for some reason after a few seconds the phonetic name is gone and Siri is saying it wrong again, i tried reset and redefine the phonetic name again but it just keeps happening, any help would be appreciated
