iPhone 11 Cellular issue error

My iPhone 11 is not able latch to mobile network the cellular data modem switch is grayed out and also I can’t see any modem firmware sw version in general setting .The error I see is Cellular data issue


I have tried to Reset the network setting and all settings , Reboot the iPhone after enabling flight mode ,Removed and reinserted the sim but it’s not working.

if anyone has encountered such issues then pls suggest solution to resolve this issue.
