With so little information, we couldn't possibly know.

What MacBook Pro?

Are you using the original charger?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Hello!

Check that your power supply is properly plugged in

Starting from the most obvious, have you checked that your power supply cable is properly plugged in on both ends, and that the plug is inserted into a socket with power supply?

Check if your battery has reached the end of its life

How old is your computer? If your computer is more than a few years old, or has been subject to heavy usage, your battery may have reached the end of its life, and need a replacement.

Check your battery health:

  1. From the Menu Bar, choose 
  2. Hold the "option" key and click "System information"
  3. Select "System Report"
  4. Under the "Hardware" section, choose "Power"
  5. Check the "Cycle Count", "Condition" and "Maximum Capacity". If you have exceeded 1000 cycles (that is the average charge cycle count for Macs before a battery replacement is recommended), maybe consider replacing your battery. If your battery "Condition" is something along the lines of "Service Battery" or "Needs replacement", then this is what may be causing your issue.

Reset the System Management Controller

If you have a Mac that runs on an Intel Processor, you could try resetting the SMC (System Management Controller). If you have an Apple Silicon Mac, you need to just restart your laptop to reset the SMC, as it is integrated into the processor and does not exist as a standalone circuit.

Consider Getting your Mac serviced

If all else fails, try visiting a certified Apple Service Centre, for a specialist to take a look at you MacBook.
