Searching iCloud Photos, Directly.

There is no search tool in Photos at www.icloud.com, afaik. You can use the cmd-F find shortcut in Safari on a Mac to find text in the captions below the thumbnails. But otherwise you have to structure your Photos Library with folders and albums for quick and easy access to groups of related photos so you do not need to search.
