HomeKit secure video doesn’t work outside wifi

Hello,

I have Logitech Doorbel, Logitech Circle View and Eve camera , plus several other Eufy cameras

all working fine inside home with wifi, however, once I turn it wifi and move to mobile data (or go outside home) the problem starts:

Streaming is not possible, shielding the cameras as Not responding, while notifications and recorded footages are ok

Only streaming doesn’t work

Notes:

:: Eufy cameras are working through Eufy app only

I tried everything I know from:

:: getting latest firmware

:: restart and reset home hubs (Apple TV, HomePod and iPad)

:: resetting Wifi router

:: resetting all cameras

:: took the whole setup to a friends house

:: I replaced all home hubs: Apple TV and HomePods

:: I reset the Home App it self

still not able to use video streaming at all…
