Where's my 4G
I just updated my phone and I no long have 4G anymore with f ios15.5 I need my 4G because I can't do **** over my phone now with LTE

The presence or absence of options to disable LTE is entirely up to your carrier. Most carriers are in the process or shutting down their 3G networks (sometimes called 4G because there is no naming standard) if they have not done so already. It is very common for carriers to disable options to use older networks when iOS updates are installed.
