why do I not have a ringtones folder in my itunes library?

I see ifo for making ringtones, and when syncing my iphone4 the is a ring tones option, but there is no ringtones folder in my itunes library.
i have the latest version of itunes for pc [i have just updated]
can anyone advise please

Hi
I don't understand the first part of your request, but I believe the ringtones folder appears automatically in iTunes once you've added your first ringtone.
