Moved Music to external drive -- but Music Library.musiclibrary file did not move

I moved my Music library from an external drive to a new and larger external drive. However the Music Library.musiclibrary file apparently did not move with it.

I followed the steps outlined in this article:

Change where your music files are stored on Mac – Apple Support (UK)

The music files were successfully moved. In Finder the file size on the new drive is consistent with the old drive as are the total number of items displayed at the bottom of the Music window.

I do not see the Library.musiclibrary file on the same drive. Did I miss a step?
