someone stole my iphone. Does apple care cover theft?

My phone got stolen last night and i am wondering if apple care covers theft?

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

Only if it's covered by AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, you can file a claim for an iPhone replacement.
