my account has been disabled
I made a claim to my bank for an app that I didn’t want to use no more , now when I try to download a different app ( any) it says my account has been disable , why?

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
iTunes Store charge disputes should only be taken up with the bank if your card has been compromised.
