Parallax effect still doesnt work

Even with the option "Reduce Motion" turned off, the parallax effect is not working at all. To be clear I am referring to Parallax effects on websites. Here is one of mine, I hope I will still have it up in the coming week as its only a coming soon site https://openmic.fm. I have tried it with Safari, Chrome & FireFox.

I got iPhone 13 Pro Max with the latest updates. This is true will my iPad series 9 as well. I am a developer and just switched to using Apple devices. Please advise soon.

Hi AnthonyGrace,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! Reduce Motion can be turned on for specific apps individually such as for Safari. If you go to Settings > Accessibility > Per-App Settings, from here add Safari the select "Reduce Motion". Does the issue remain? Here is more information about these features:

Apple users can’t see the website like others. I can’t sit there and explain to the Apple users to turn this setting on and that setting off. Any human being has the capability to go away from the website if it bothers them and it shouldn’t be left to Apple to control what this person can and cannot see it just doesn’t sound right.
