My Iphone screen was glitching since it broke and inputted the wrong password over and over again. I got my phone fixed but it is now locked out. I know my password, and do not want to erase my iphone. what do I do?

You need to erase it. Unless you previously backed it up, there's no longer anywhere to put the passcode or any way to recover the data.
