Hello, wife and I are getting divorced and we’ve been in the same icloud for past 6 years, i was wondering if there is any way i could get all my personal data transferred to my new icloud since I will be the one getting kicked off.

I don't know of a way to easily transfer from one ID to another but you can download data to a computer and then upload it to a new ID. The following has information that may help: Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support
