I can’t turn on my wifi or Bluetooth

I don’t know why I can’t turn on the wifi or Bluetooth even though I’ve updated my phone to the last update

To help resolve issues with your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection, Restart your iPhone:

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

To help resolve the issue with your Wi-Fi, try resetting your network settings by navigating to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network



If the issue persists, we recommend you Contact Apple for support and service.
