Troubleshooting Lost Notes:

A. Access Restrictions:

Does someone else have access to your devices and you account? Or is this always stored in a private location? IF someone else has access to it, then they could be accessed.

B. Where to Go:

• Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
• iCloud in Settings: Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.
