is it possible to get a old phone number back onto an iMac without a phone?

I got the new iMac because my iPhone XR got smashed and didn't save anything off of there, my phone number got switched to my brothers phone and got his original number disconnected, so he used my number for a few months on his phone but got his phone connected again and had to change numbers. now my phone number is somewhere and I don't know where it is or if its permanently lost. Is it possible to get my phone number back without a phone onto a iMac computer? I still have the same gmail and everything on my computer just not the same contacts and I don't have any of my photos that were on my phone on my iMac. If someone understands this please help.. also this is just a question just for the future so I could eventually get the number back if possible, and i'm not trying to rush into getting my number asap. :) thanks.
