Heart rate notifications- less than 10 minutes
The heart rate notifications occur after a high rate for 10 minutes. Can you change this to less than 10 minutes?
Just to be clear - I want the watch to ignore 10 minutes of inactivity.

No 10 minutes is the default there is no way to change it.
You can only turn the notifications on or off.

There are lots of heart apps on the appstore there maybe something there.Although I can't think of one that does what you require.
