Hello! To transfer your iPhone data to your iPad, you will need to access the Quick Start menu again by resetting your iPad.

From settings, Tap General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Erase All Content and Settings.

Once the iPad resets, you will receive the Quick Start menu. Be sure to have both devices together to start the transfer process.
