I've seen similar browser redirects pop up the past couple days that keep an OP from getting to the MW site.
My first consideration and suggestion would be to use a different browser but I'm unsure that would work on a compromised machine and I don't know if it would be reliable.

When I clicked on your link, Search Marquis popped up. There was no tool to run.

The free Malwarebytes may take care of it...

Might try this, it's Chrome Browser without google & without Ads...
Thanks for your response. What I ended up doing was to just open my browser and type in malwarebytes.com and got the free trial version. That seems to have helped.
