change region In store

Hi all

There is a problem with the region on the iPhone.

I'm in UK and can't download Uk apps on my phone because my region set before Ukraine.

I try to change region myself, change it in Settings->Region

than I try to change in App Store. Put my address, post code, uk number and bank card.

but when I try to download something it’s write that my account is not in that store
