How can I make a fruitful appointment with a Software engineer to resolve the backup issue
1. I have two questions:
How can I resolve the issue re the Time machine with a external device. (without requiring a Airport Time capsul which I am not familiar with.
2. How can I install office 365 in my laptop which I purchased and installed at the time with a product key in the card provided? (I have tried several times to contact Microsoft but without success to resolve it; I have followed instraction provided but they are no longer up to date).
I would appreciate if someone would be kind enough to resolve these issues, I feel very uncomfortable with the online personal data storage.

For Time Machine typically there is no issue w/ external Drive—all new drives need to be formatted
