Blocking
If I have blocked a number on my iPhone but then change my number and still use the same IPhone will the blocked numbers still be able to contact me if I unblock them in the iPhone after the number change ?
As long as your new telephone number is and remains unknown to 'that person', that person will not be able to reach you.
