Apple TV 4K | The flashing white led

Hello,

I have a problem with Apple TV 4K (version with traditional HDMI input, power cable input and internet cable input). There is no picture. The white LED is blinking all the time (pulsating). I checked with different HDMI cables, plugged the power cable into other inputs, tried to restart using the Apple TV remote control. There is no reaction. The same all the time. The LED is blinking, zero picture, no source information on the TV.

If you see a continuously flashing status light, that indicates a failure to start up properly. First try a cold restart (disconnect from power for a minute or two). If that doesn’t improve it, then the system software may need to be re-installed. Unfortunately, for the 4K model, users can’t do this themselves. Instead, contact Apple Support for assistance.
