Can i get help in Ukraine?

I bought an Iphone 12 pro 9 months ago and seems like there was a problem inside, because recently it just got off and not working at all. I live in Ukraine and since we don't have an official apple store, I got back to official reseller but they they told me to go to authorized repair shop. The shop make a conclusion that there was technical difect of the phone itself, but according to there instructions, they have to order a new phone parts for my phone, because its not possible to fix it. However, because of the complicated situation on the boarder, since we've got a war in our country, those part could go for many months. And I came to the situation, where reseller would like to give me a new phone instead, but they need a confirmation from the shop that unit can't be fixed, but the shop says they can't give it, due to the apple's procedures. I understand that you got rules, but is there any way Apple could make an exception for me, because i dont have a phone for 2 weeks already and it's really important nowadays to stay connected to the world and especially during the situation in our country?
