Magnetic Car Charger

ANKER 613 magnetic car charger says it’s for iPhone 12 and 13. Well, I have an iPhone XR. Will it work? What’s the difference between the wireless charging systems in the iPhone 12 & 13 vs. the XR? Thanks for y’all’s help.
