Is the iPhone 5s and 6s still supported on 2022

My mom has an iPhone 5 and she moved on to an iPhone 6s and the iPhone 5s has been sitting dead for several months with no charge I’m wondering it

if it’s dead forever because it’s end of support or it’s outdated? Also my mom has so much lag on her 6s I don’t know if it’s support issues or something
