I don’t have old phone that watch was paired to I need to sink my watch to my phone and can not remember old email or password

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.

My Apple Watch is locked w/ my old Apple Account I no longer have access to the account!! I need to restock my Apple Watch to my phone and do not have access to my old phone. It says they are paired but I can not get pass the Apple ID and password.
