These are the directions from Apple: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

i couldn’t figure them out eother, so here is what I did…

1. go the the watch app on your iphone
2. At the very top you will see “All Watches” in orange text.
3. From here the rest of the Apple instructions will make sense:
4. You touch “All Watches”
5. Touch the orange “i” next to the watch you want to impair.
6. Touch “Unpair Apple Watch” in red letters.
