Account and card countries

Used to live in country A. Account and payment were both in A.

Now live in country B. Maintained the account and payment to country A.

Under Covid situation, the card from A has expired and can’t renew as I can’t return to A for a while.

Need to use a card from B, while maintaining the account country to A.

It would be easier to switch the “county and region” to B. However, the icloud data will be managed by a company in B where I can’t trust fully.

How can I keep the iCloud account in country A and register the payment with a card in country B?
