Apple ID - iCloud

my wife`s account has been disabled in the App Store , iTunes Store and also iCloud email was signed out so she couldn't rich out to the email to reset the password?

our country or region is not listed, support is not offered through this web tool?!

the security questions too old and she forgotten them to?

is there any way to get the account back?!

If she forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if she can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.

For the security questions, if you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.


If she doesn't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help her recover the answers to your security questions.
