Apple pencil tip replacement
Will a cheaper (non-Apple) pencil tip replacement damage the Ipad and/or the Apple pencil?
The ones offered by Apple are a bit out of my budget and I saw more affordable alternatives online.

Apple’s own replacement Pencil Tips are identical to that fitted at the time of manufacture - and can be assured to provide identical performance and longevity as the original. By contrast, third-party replacements cannot be presumed to be the same; yours is the risk to take.
Your iPad screen is the single most expensive component of your iPad - and is very expensive to replace if damaged. Any screen damage will not be covered by your standard warranty.
If you have fitted a screen protector to your iPad, the risk of damage to screen from the Pencil/Pencil Tip is fully mitigated - and any risk associated with using third-party Pencil tips or stylii are considerably less than would otherwise be the case.
