I had some purchases that showed up on my card but not my account

Follow the steps in the support document you posted from to identify the charges: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement


If you are a Family Organizer in a Family Group, follow the same steps form a device signed in to the other Family member's Apple IDs.


If you have more than one Apple ID, check the other Apple ID for the charges too.


If you still can't find the charges, make sure they are specifically form Apple. If the don't say "apple.com/bill" on your payment method's statement, then the aren't being charge by Apple directly.
