Watch 4 screen popped off.

That is usually due to a battery shorting out and expanding or repeated exposure to heat. There is no service program for it so you would have to pay to do an out-of-warranty replacement. Click on the Get Support link at the top right of this p[age to start the service process.

When the software conversion was done a few years ago the hosts were nice enough to include a link to Apple Support on every page. It used to say “Contact Support” but they changed that too “Get Support” about 2 years ago. If you look at the top right you should see the words Get Support. Tap on it.
