Forgotten ICloud Password

Hello, I have an important question. I have a phone on which I forgot iCloud and it does not allow me to delete it and the owner wants me to remove it. Will you be able to help me? If necessary I will send a photo to see.

Only the owner can turn off activation lock. If the owner has forgotten the password, help is available from Apple including If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
