How disable link preview in iPhone (iOS >15)

When tap and hold on a link for example in Safari, a link preview pops up in iOS. There is a difference in the iPhone popup and iPad popup in iOS 15.

• iPad there is a button "Hide Preview" top right corner of the popup.
• iPhone there is no "Hide Preview" button, and no settings to disable the preview.

With all the phishing attacks and web vulnerabilities, I want to see the url of a link before opening it up, which in iPhone iOS 15 this seems to be impossible right now. even if you need to copy the url, you need to hold and click e.g. "Share" which the link is already opened in preview in that time.

I see this as a security flaw.

Anyone knows how to disable the preview in iPhone iOS 15?
