Yes. You iPad mini6 supports USB PD (Power Delivery).


While your iPad will charge at its maximum supported charging rate (~20W), you can safely use a higher-rated Power Adapter - however your iPad will derive no benefit.


A higher-rated Power Adapter becomes useful when connecting external USB devices via a powered USB hub - as the Power Adapter can provide sufficient power for the USB hub plus connected USB devices (which all require power) and maintain additional capacity to simultaneously charge the iPad.
