Apple Watch Home app

I have an Omna and an Eve cam in my homekit app… I’m able to use and watch them flawlessly on both my iphone and ipad. But not on my Apple watch… they only work when I’m at home connected to my wifi. When I step out of the house and lose the wifi signal, the watch starts “connecting” and After a while it says “no response” However sometimes I’ve been able to use the cameras… the other day I restarted both the iphone and watch and I was able to use the cameras on the watch, but they stopped working and this hasn’t worked anymore. Also, there’s no problem with the rest of the lights, devices and outlets I have in the home app, I can use them perfectly well on my watch… help please
