Can't access iPhone via Windows PC

My Windows PC Photo app said my iPhone didn't allow the PC to access the iPhone, but I already click trust on my iPhone, what else I need to do to get the access?

Go to Settings -> set Auto-Lock to Never.

Connect your device to your computer using an Apple USB cable & try also another USB cable.

Make sure your Windows PC is up to date.
